Could it be something to do with when he signed in it was the wrong region. I remember reading a FAQ about why they need your post code and was to do with delivering the correct programs for your region.

Just had a call from F-i-L.

He is used to using BBC catch-up, so I talked him through pulling up the search system and typing in letters to search for it.

I had no need to search for it, it was offered up on the home screen of ITVx.

I'm beginning to think that maybe because the programme is available by going back through the EPG (it's a Freeview Play TV), it isn't listed on ITVx, but then surely the other episodes would be, assuming they are available before broadcast, IDK.

We watched E1 live, yesterday evening, then went to E2, and 3, then finally E4 on another set in bed.

A year or 18 months. That's what I can't understand, he can load up ITVx no worries but he can't see that particular programme.

Cild lock? Parental control?

As far as I know, not even by accident.

Until he rang me with this issue, Dad has only ever used either the TV as programmes are broadcast, or the BBC iPlayer.

This was the first time he had opened ITVx.

I will check with him, though.
