On a more serious note I did 75 mins in the gym and 64 lengths in the pool (that's a mile in old money), this afternoon. Bit knackered now tho. :confused:
 
I had a bigger lunch-box at 12.

to tone up your bottom ... get on floor, on all fours, .stretch one leg out straight, then bring it forward, knee bent...repeat a couple of times, then swap and do the other side...repeat as many times as is comfortable.

for inner thigh and waist....lie on floor on your side...support your head in your hand, on one elbow......raise your leg in a scissor action, slowly, repeat on other side.

not really understanding what you mean...
