The letter refers to an opinion that Jeremy Corbyn was hounded due to his views on the Israel/Palestine issue.

It's not anti-Semitic to have an opinion of why Jeremy Corbyn was hounded out of the Labour Party.
It's not anti-Semitic to opine that a Jewish faction of the Labour Party were hounding Jeremy Corbyn due to his Israel/Palestine views.
Indeed, it's a perfectly valid argument to opine that a Jewish faction of the Labour Party was hounding Jeremey Corbyn due to his views on the Middle East..
It's like the claim that criticism of Israel is anti-Semitic. criticism of the behaviour of a faction of the Labour Party is not anti-Semitic.
It's not criticism of their nationality or ethnicity, it's a valid criticism of their behaviour and tactics.

You are in danger of falling into the trap of declaring anything and everything that you dislike, even valid criticism, as anti-Semitic.

Furthermore, these were the comments of one Local Authority councillor, and you claimed that the Green party are infested with hate. That's one heck of a characterisation, based on the valid criticism of one member.
