No, but he is responsible for a huge wage bill increase, creating jobs for his lackeys, money that could have been used to fund more police, he also spent loads on a "beach" in London, again, more wasted money, Bojo was as equally profligate, but at least he will be remembered for his Boris bikes, Livingstone for the oyster card, and Khan ? , we all know what he will be remembered for, rightly or wrongly, as he has achieved nothing else.So khan is responsible for the immigration policy?

So Ken was mayor in 2010 when they were introduced ?"Boris" bikes were introduced by Ken Livingstone.
"In August 2007 the Mayor of London, Ken Livingstone, announced that he was planning to implement a cycle hire scheme modelled on the successful Vélib' network in Paris. Following discussions with the Mayor of Paris, Livingstone instructed transport officials to study the Paris and similar schemes, and draw up proposals for London.[15] Discussions were conducted between Transport for London (TfL), the London boroughs and transport commissioners from Lyon, Brussels, Vienna, Berlin, Munich, Oslo and Copenhagen.[16]
In February 2008, plans for the London cycle hire scheme were officially unveiled by Livingstone.[17] The CTC and Green Party hailed the proposals as revolutionary.[9]"

Boris I will always remember for wasting millions on a bridgeNo, but he is responsible for a huge wage bill increase, creating jobs for his lackeys, money that could have been used to fund more police, he also spent loads on a "beach" in London, again, more wasted money, Bojo was as equally profligate, but at least he will be remembered for his Boris bikes, Livingstone for the oyster card, and Khan ? , we all know what he will be remembered for, rightly or wrongly, as he has achieved nothing else.
I disagree, Boris was a spendthrift, but the bikes were, and still are referred to as Boris bikes, and that is what people think of, and yes, Ken did introduce the congestion charge, but the oyster card is his main legacy , and as for Khan't, well, name something good he has achieved during his term in office.Boris I will always remember for wasting millions on a bridge

and water cannons that were sold for scrap. The bikes and the new buses were incredibly expensive too.
Livingstone I will always remember for the congestion charge and trams and his awful, whiny voice.
Khan I will remember for nothing much other than charging diesel cars.
That's bloody Ken Livingstone for you, him and his daft ideas.By the way, those bikes cost the taxpayer a LOT of money.
Silly hatejob is seemingly incapable of reading my post, or any of the references. So Ken was mayor in 2010 when they were introduced ?
