Well he was on the money. I imagine there were rivers of blood for example in the Bataclan Theatre or on Bastille day when men women and children were squashed with a lorry. Just the beginning, Mr Excuser, extraordinaire. There's a permanent and ceaseless operation by the security services to stop more rivers of blood courtesy of our 'peace loving' guests. Unfortunately they can't stop every attack.
