I don't own an airless sprayer. I only have a 3 stage HVLP, not suitable for emulsions.
The emulsion finish on walls is absolutely gorgeous when using airless. A mare if the owner needs to touch it up with a short nap roller further down the line.
Time wise- if there is flooring down, etc, a roller is often the fastest given the time to mask up and the time taken to clean the lines on the airless. That said, yeah, I should purchase on for new builds, but I seldom do new builds.
