Can those Ashley terminals accommodate two 1.5 mm² conductors into individual terminals ???

I would think so. I retired before the fashion for needlessly using 1.5mm².
Are the cables 1.5mm²? If so, the rose looks plenty big enough, so...
6 pack of 5 way £8.50 at T/STN !!!
Yes ,fine for what you need.Would these be ok? 0.14-4mm? They're cheaper than the 0.5-6mm ones. https://www.toolstation.com/wago-221-5-way-compact-lever-connectors/p29290
Cheers. That seems like a good solution then. Thanks for your help again. I'll keep you updated on how I get on. Fortunately there's a Screwfix branch that has a Toolstation practically next door so I can return the box of connectors I bought and pick these up plus the junction box from Toolstation.Yes ,fine for what you need.
Don't forget the flex
I got the last one in the Preston store.Looks like it's out of stock ?
https://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Produc...MIg7fmidDh8wIVmd_tCh3jPweQEAQYASABEgLsa_D_BwENone of those wagos have enough ports to accommodate the number of conductors ,except the two switched lives.
For example you have 5 neutrals,4 live, and 4 earth earth's. You can't connect 4 conductors in a wago with only 2 or three ports.
If you intend to put the junction box in the loft ,you could Just use a conventional round junction box if you wished.
It's only the very end that is bare though right and those will be going into a wago connector? You may need some green/ yellow sleeving for the bare earth conductors ?
