The final decision on a new Bond must be a very sphincter sphluttering time, 'cos if you get it wrong you get it horribly wrong & lose £100's of MILLIONS of Dollars.

I'm not a big Bond fan & I used to think that Timmy Dalton was the only worst ever Bond until Daniel Craig walked out of the sea towards my missus in his budgie smugglers, causing a chasm between us that we still haven't fully settled today.

For me, No Time To Die was an excellent & thoroughly enjoyable film, I really did enjoy it & sincerely hope that any future Bond films can follow on with the same quality.

I think Idris Elba would make an excellent Bond & this is coming from someone who always thought he played for Arsenal. Equally Tom Hardy, all he'd have to do is say "don't you ever touch me again" holding a G&T while steering a speedboat at high speed through Venice

Idris Elba - too old and too soft. Plus his acting is not up to scratch. Maybe black slightly geeky supervillain? Tom Hardy would be good and I like the Ryan Reynolds suggestion assuming he could pull off the accent. No doubt the franchise PR machine is using Storm before calm tactics (here are all the terrible ideas, so that you are relieved with what we come up with).
