Is there anypne who supplies a linear manifold to go from one 22 mm to two 15 mm. ?

At a push I could a Yorkshire 1483 and cap off two of the 10mm but the reduction to 10 mm may reduce flow too much.

Why do you want that?

Whats wrong with the usual 15 x 15 x 22 copper Tee ?

Not enough space to use a Tee and elbow without remaking the boxing in.

DIY central heating in 495 year old grade two cottage. Pipe runs very difficult due to conservation and very small joists. The main 22 mm runs above the new floor.

Rads are floor standing ( wattle and daub walls )

I put a 22 mm horizontal on first floor with Tee dropping a vertical to ground floor radiator followed immediately with reducer 22-15 to feed first floor radiator. This works but the there is too little flexibility to allow for the slight movement of the first floor.

I dont really understand what you need.

Can you post a photo?

I think he means a 22mm straight with two 15mm coming from one end.(he would need a 28mm) I'me sure you could make one especially if you know someone with a lathe ;)

I have a lathe but still dont know what he wants!

Get someone to turn you a 28mm brass block with two 15mm holes drilled in it ready for sweating ?

Have a look on eBay - i got some 22x 10`s ( 3. 10s ) seems like someone with a lathe is knocking them out and selling them ;)

At long last I bit the bullet and re-plumbed the radiators in the bedroom and the lounge below the bedroom. In 2011 they were plumbed in 15 mm originally as a quick fix to get the cottage heated. The 15 mm drops to the lounge were T'ed from the 22 mm with the T's partly below floor level. It worked but was far from "elegant" The large hole hacked in the flooring was needed to get the two T's in place.

After installing a radiator in the second bedroom using 13 metres of 8 mm ( 6 flow and 7 return ) and finding the flow was more than adequate the use of 8 mm for the lounge and main bedrooms radiators was going to work. The construction of walls and floors made the use of 15 mm impossible.

Using Pegler Linear manifolds to take the 22 mm down to four 8 mm pipes and using just 2 of the four pipes made the task very easy.

The 22 mm flow and return are above the floor in the bedroom due to differing floor levels between rooms.

The soldering is not the best

I fooking hope that's being boxed in! Even then.

4 1/2 years to achieve that!

Did it cost £84?
