That's a damn good question.

Climate Change is already a factor in migration to Europe from Africa and the Middle East - considering how slowly developed countries have been to implement greener, cleaner energy it's certainly going to provoke increased migration from countries affected by rising temperatures and sea levels.

And if the destination countries didn't accept your 'proof of origin', etc?

And how?

And hadn't you noticed that the legal aid rules were changed so that only the rich and destitute can afford to seek justice in the UK?

£850m a year is apparently what is needed to get back to the levels of 2010...

£3.5m a week is being spent on storing defective PPE worth £4bn which is going to be burnt anyway...

Its unlikely to be just this. To me, its pretty obvious that we have an established criminal network recruiting from Albania via boat, combined with one of the hottest, calmest summers on record.

We need targeted action on the source and possibly a little bit of "doing" and not "asking".

On a side note, the only time I've experienced real pirates at sea was near Albania. Fortunately the greek navy chased them off. That said, I haven't sailed the east coast of Africa. Like many ex-communist countries, its seems to be a bit lawless.

Perhaps those that arrived earlier phoned home and said it's great here. There is another aspect as well. Rather than provide correct info which is easily available a report puts things over in a somewhat different way Gone seems to be pretty good at finding those.

The country according to the wiki doesn't sound too bad. Better than some actually. Given numbers the most economical solution might be to fly them back. Reasons for wanting asylum do not seem to exist.

On the other hand at a time when I attempted to drive to Greece advice was to stay out of the place as it was a dangerous place to be.

The interviewers have skills in that area. Questions and languages.

They might all turn round and say they were British, stranded abroad and lost the passport etc or were kidnapped.

If you want to continue thinking as you do at time feel free. Sure, obviously none of them come from where the list indicates. The people who look into this sort of thing are idiots and have no idea what they are doing.

Yes, ultimately the lying, treacherous, incompetent politicians are responsible. However, we have a large section of The UK population, including some on here, who cheer on unlimited immigration of useless feeders for hard-pressed taxpayers to support.

They then moan that taxes, etc are too high and their mother has to wait 2 years in agony for a new hip. With more people taking out and less paying in suckers need to get used to paying a lot more and getting a lot less.
