Had an Aqualisa Aquastream power shower box-on-the-wall thing for many years. Not noisy enough to bother anyone. 18 l/min Bath tap(hot alone) 20l/min. So if I wanted I used BOTH to fill the bath; you don't get 38 l/min from a Megaflo.
The Aquastream is about as good as they get, and still not wildly expensive compard to a decent thermostatic mixer.
DO get your mains supply quantified before you fit a Megaflo. I got a call from a guy I knew, to fit a Megaflo for the same price he'd been quoted - £2500. I refused because his mains supply wasn't up to it. He had the other guy do it. A year later I took it out and fitted a 4 bar pump for him.
