Cravendale have done something unusual. They have broken into an already fulfilled market with a new, more expensive product that wasn't nessecary, and used clever marketing to sell their wares.
The trouble with skimmed milk is that it tastes horrible (kind of smokey)and looks a watery blue ! Semi-skimmed is perfectably palatable. I only use soya milk but as I don't eat breakfast cereals I find it perfectly acceptable in tea/coffee.
