What remainers have failed to recognise is that the 2016 referendum result is not some sort of mental abberation on the part of Leavers, the vote to leave was a watershed in Britains relationship with the EU.

what you fail to recognise is that Brexit was sold on emotive soundbites that you have fallen for, it wasnt sold on reality.

I can absolutely understand leave voters being frustrated; they've spent years not getting what they voted for, but that isn't the fault of the remoaners/EU/liberal elite/Irish/Bercow etc.; it's because what they were sold doesn't exist - and it's in the direction of the Brexit architects the anger should be placed, but there's plenty of media power to point it elsewhere.

Satire, criticism and calling out of our political establishment is an important part of our democracy and is long established.

Bigoted, xenophobic, naval gazing little Englander behaviour in which you seem to revel is not. It has no place in the modern world (yes world, take your face out of your naval and you might see it).

I despair at what our country is becoming with people like you. It's not 1945 anymore, most of us and the rest of the developed, intelligent world have moved on. I look forward to the day the dinosaurs die out. I'm much younger than you, so perhaps that day will come.

It doesnt contain world war references, references to nazis or a perjorative term for people of a particular country.

You trying to justify your argument by using an example that has no equivalence, so you have spectacularly failed.
