According to this extract from the BBC News website article, it appears that you were right!

Fourteen of the women the BBC has spoken to have brought civil claims against Harrods' current owners for damages.

Harrods said it has a process available to women who say they were attacked by Fayed, adding "it has been our priority to settle claims in the quickest way possible, avoiding lengthy legal proceedings for the women involved".

Interesting, it looks as if Harodds have agreed liability in principle and it’s now about inviting claimants/victims in for a share of the pie. Mo owned the ritz and other businesses so there could well be many coming forward.

There was obviously multiple occasions when Sir Keir was not involved, (2015, 2018, 2021 and 2023).

In addition it was a Police failure on other occasions.

But, in those instances a full file of evidence was never passed to prosecutors.
