I predicted she’d get away with it. She did.
You alleged that she'd committed offences.
She was investigated by HMRC and cleared of any offences.
She didn't get away with anything. It was evident that no offence had been committed.

Angela Rayner cleared by HMRC over tax on sale of former home

You can certainly enforce contracts and any claim that existed before his death may still have merit, but the rather large challenge is the ability of the representative to defend the allegation against the deceased.

For that reason most claims can’t be considered.

For criminal proceedings such as rape etc.

You cannot continue once the suspect/defendant has died.

Wouldn't any claim be against Harrods and not Al Fayed personally.

Around the time Al Fayed bought Harrods, there was a bit of public disquiet about selling the company to someone like Al Fayed.
Seems the concern was justified.

They are and they have a set up to deal with compensation. Suggests the know what had been going on.

The number of women involved. BBC have been interviewing some. Looks like the could be loads of them. Years of 25 female PA's and all having the same experience. Some go so get some more in. Eject some if they don't comply. One went in and found her desk had been removed. She managed to resist him. Some didn't. Various threats used to keep them quiet.
