You can certainly enforce contracts and any claim that existed before his death may still have merit, but the rather large challenge is the ability of the representative to defend the allegation against the deceased.

For that reason most claims can’t be considered.

For criminal proceedings such as rape etc.

You cannot continue once the suspect/defendant has died.

They are and they have a set up to deal with compensation. Suggests the know what had been going on.

The number of women involved. BBC have been interviewing some. Looks like the could be loads of them. Years of 25 female PA's and all having the same experience. Some go so get some more in.
