I'm sure SX has been handcuffed every time he's been pulled over for a traffic offence.

1980s ? yes I could imagine it being pretty toxic back then, but what about now?
...More than 20 years ago, I was a trustee of a local voluntary organisation. For some reason I mentioned child abuse in Catholic institutions to another trustee, who I didn't know happened to also be a trustee of a Catholic childrens institution.
He brushed it aside, saying "that sort of thing used to go on, but it doesn't happen any more"
We now know that 20 years ago it still did happen, and was being brushed under the carpet.
No doubt there are people today who say "that sort of thing used to go on, but it doesn't happen any more"
No doubt we will learn that they are wrong....
what about now?
Pretty basic if you think about it. Slippery pole, if you can climb it your not a racist.
Probably quite the opposite.Pretty basic if you think about it. Slippery pole, if you can climb it your not a racist.
If that is relevant, you will have no problem showing us the section in their training manual, employment contracts, guidance notes, SOPs, where the use of force is actively encouraged against "black people", compared to against "white people".
Probably quite the opposite.
If the dominant culture in an organisation is to be racist, you'll need to fit into the dominant culture in order to climb the pole.
Otherwise you'll be considered an outsider, an odd-ball, a miss-fit.
I haven't mentioned her.So what are you saying about Cressida Dick.
