sure any decent plumber could almost certainly do the plumbing & even the foul drain but what about complying with the rest of the regulations? I bet you don't even know what they are! And what happens when the poor s** comes to sell his house?

Glad to hear it. I agree that it's a ball-ache getting BCO involved and seemingly a waste of money. I also agree that any decent plumber will do a good job with the installation.
