Moving socket in utility room away from sink

We have altered our utility room slightly and moved the sink into the middle. I now need to move one socket over to the left side underneath the boiler. Problem is I can't drop the wires down vertically from above as the boiler is in the way.
In the photo you can see where the socket is and I want to move it onto the other side of the boiler switches.
I know I could put a blanking plate over the old socket area then run the wires horizontal but would rather not have a blanking plate.

It’s a utility room. Use the option with a blank is the option BUT any cables will be outside zones , which isn’t a good idea

Yes, the wire runs down from the ceiling in to the double socket as you can see then runs down to a socket below for the washing machine.

I see cables in the top of the SFCU, presumably for the boiler, is that on the same circuit? if so, can everything incluging the heating controller be moved across?
