Moving socket in utility room away from sink

We have altered our utility room slightly and moved the sink into the middle. I now need to move one socket over to the left side underneath the boiler. Problem is I can't drop the wires down vertically from above as the boiler is in the way.
In the photo you can see where the socket is and I want to move it onto the other side of the boiler switches.
I know I could put a blanking plate over the old socket area then run the wires horizontal but would rather not have a blanking plate.

It’s a utility room. Use the option with a blank is the option BUT any cables will be outside zones , which isn’t a good idea

I have read the guidelines and I thought they can run vertical or horizontal so would still be classed as in zones?

Vertical or horizontal from an accessory that the cables are connected to.
