MP tells truth in Parliament, gets suspended for a day.

But now it appears what used to be called spin is now called lies.

no customs checks between GB and NI.

if someone asks you to fill in a form, tell them to send it to me and I will throw it in the bin.

Please show me how you spin that.

wasn't the specific quote 'There will be no border down the Irish Sea - over my dead body'

The is no border down the irish sea. There are customs checks though.

£350 million a week for the NHS

Show me how you spin that
Didn't we stop paying £350m a week to the EU? Didn't Theresa May increase spending on the NHS by £350M a week?

For the record, i accept that those two claims have turned out to be nonsense in reality. But they are spin, not lies.

There is a difference between spin and lies. Yes, Boris spins numbers to suit his agenda. All politicians do and have done for as long as i can remember. But now it appears what used to be called spin is now called lies.

With regard to your link, i don't believe so called facts rolling off you presenters tongue any more than i do Boris's take on the numbers. There is no evidence presented behind either.

As for renegotiating the Brexit deal, we all know that its being interpreted in a way that is causing harm to NI society and therefore under the terms of the agreement, it is quite appropriate to call for a renegotiation before taking the unilateral action that is also allowed under the agreement.

Better that than to invoke article 16 without notice as per Von de Leyen.

Lies are factually incorrect - spin is using the facts in misleading ways - they are not the same.

As to the facts - I looked at the fist claim.

I do like it now you are a total sceptic - why didn't you engage this scepticism when you defended the Brexit lies? You lose creditbility when your defence of Bojo is - well we need to see the facts first.

The deal was championed by his supporters on here - so did any of you bother heed the warnings or you prefer the lies?

You do like to claim it is spin. Next time someone lies to you I hope they say it's just spin. You wouldn't accept it from your employees or your family.

They wanted the lies.

They loved the lies.

They clung to the lies with all their might, because to reject them would have been to reject the unreasoning dislike of the EU which lay at the core of their ignorant, inward- and backward-looking being.

I would suggest that putting one's own spin on facts is a perfectly normal thing for everyone to do, something we learn to do from a very early age.

The wordplay and sophistry to justify lying. I wonder how willing you will be accept if your wife cheats and you and then spins it to say it was your fault.

The mental gymnastics to defend Bojo. You can be a conservative supporter and not deify Bojo.
