Very interesting point.

Not sure it's exclusively for youngsters as, from memory, they also use women of the older generation.

But your point remains completely valid.................. It never seems to be the 'preachers' themselves.

True, but the soldiers are being sent with the intention of staying alive, not with the sole intention of suicide and indiscriminant destruction.

During the Second World War, Forces chiefs had to keep Winston Churchill in check. He wanted to join in with all sorts of things. He even wanted to go on the D Day landings in France and had to be dissuaded from doing so.

I couldn't see any of the present lot from the last 20 yrs wanting to do anything like that.


BTW these young Muslims, when asked if they will blow themselves up , should say to the elders, "Only if you'll hold my hand."
