all this nonsense from some tax bloke big I am saying that they dont punish honest mistakes
what a load of baloney
With all due respect all youve told is the bleeding obvious and not the mechanics at work to oust Boris to arrive at Sunak.A bit too deep, and no it isn't. Summary. The world is a swamp. Always has been, always will be. Many people (from the so-called good and bad sides of society) either dip their toe in said swamp or are in it up to their necks. This might be individuals, might be entire organisations. The unlucky ones get caught, the lucky ones might manage to take their minor/major wrongdoings to their grave. And before anyone cares to comment, in using the words unlucky and lucky, I am not condoning anything most people would consider wrong on a moral and/or legal level.
On this topic, we all knew how it was going to play out. Politician does something wrong. The leader and others stand by them. Days or weeks pass, their position becomes increasingly untenable. They resign or are sacked. The leader comes out with some waffle, the departed politician comes out with some waffle, 'experts' and talking heads come out with waffle ... and the world keeps on turning.
Too deep? Nah. The whole lot, whether this topic or others, is almost perfectly predictable and on many levels, shallow.
It's all bleeding obvious, certainly not deep. I couldn't care less about the majority of this stuff on who did what, when, and to whom. I'm not saying anything against folk that do (find it interesting) it's just that I don't.With all due respect all youve told is the bleeding obvious and not the mechanics at work to oust Boris to arrive at Sunak.
Nosey gave me a link to a guardian article that confirmed Cummings wanted Boris out but not why he wanted Boris out.
nothing to do with the BBC thoughWhose the pm parachuted in without having to bother with things like getting voted by your own members.
Might be a bit to deep for you and nosey.
UnlikelyIs that English?
Too little, too late, surelyFlag in Rishi’s cap, surely?
nothing wrong with his actions? Then why was he sacked ?Zahawi has done well for himself. Came as a penniless refugee, had to learn the language, became a millionaire and had risen to tthe top.
