The contract the OP has is with the installer, which would be covered under consumer rights - this makes everything the installers problem.

That's what I've been saying from the beginning.
I also added that involving the manufacturer doesn't hurt.
As proved by the results.

Heating or hot water problem ? if it's hot tap water that's only 45deg, then if cold comes in at 10degC then 45degC at the tap is correct at the specified flow rate depending on boilers KW and specified flow rate, what KW is the boiler ?
