That's a lot of Bovril! What exactly is it? A powder, or a tar-like stuff like Marmsh*te?

Tar like syrup, I have always loved a mug of the stuff with a dash of lemon and pepper but at the price it's going for these days i'm not surprised that call for it is diminishing! Large jar £6! think i'll stick with the caviar.
