I've just looked at the first photo again. The Supply and load cables have been connected the wrong way around so the fuse and internal exposed metalwork will be live with the switch in the off position!!

I only noticed becase I came across a photo of one I fitted recently and saw I had to run the load cable in the gap behind the SW/fuse and loop round into the top.
