News Channels

Being restricted to Freeview and not being a fan of daytime television, I often flick over to the news channels. I find more and more that Al Jazeera is now my channel of choice. Excellent reports from around the world on subjects our media seem to ignore. Documentaries and debates that give a well balanced view of world events. Anyone else a fan of Al Jazeera?

It would not be allowed to be seen as biased when you look at the founder/CEO and his business interests in the US and Europe and his education at the British Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst.

I tend to watch BBC news, Russia today and Al-jazera.

I think that is the only way to get a truly balanced view of the news.
