As wellSo, why not have a bonfire. Love a good old burn up, fairly quiet as well.

My dog doesn't know that
Did I complain about the fireworks.....NO
Did I say my dog was frightened.....YES.
Neither are the idiots who are there, watching and laughingSome dogs just ain’t bothered!
While my Akita is hiding beside the sofa, not eating, not going out for a pee etc.
The GSD who normally looks at fireworks, goes "oh nice" then carries on rushing towards the park now will not go out either.
While the GSD will be out again in the morning, the akita will take a few weeks if not months to get her going out in the evenings again.
Fck sake the amount of moaning cn'ts ive seen on Fbook earlier moaning about pops n bangs outside tonight, doesn't seem good enough to be already in a depressing lockdown we can't even light a roman candle and a few rockets in our garden.
Give me strength. Ive got this 'Polaris' special rocket ive saved for years, im going to point it at the next moaning nosey git who sticks their head out the window gesticulating.
Something I have never, ever understood.
The Govt. are quite happy to take these young strong fit people to support our country but when it comes to them hitting civvy street, where's their support?
It's an absolute disgrace that they have to rely on charity.
If you happen to live in the South the 'bonfire season' of public displays in normal times run from Mid September to late November with different societies choosing different dates to avoid overlapping events.I miss the public displays where everyone congregated together and celebrated a specific moment on a specific night together. It’s the community of bonfire and fireworks nights that’s missing.
Dogs can be trained to cope with the noise if owners are responsible enough...It’s been two weeks of random pops and bangs where I live and it’s likely to continue over the weekend and we have a dog. There is nowhere I can go or take my dog to escape it.
I’m not sure how people think that is fair.

Do you think it fair that people without dogs have to put up with the constant yapping all year round?
Because there is often nowhere to go to avoid it, and once one starts then usually several others join in!
He does.Well I have no wish to enter into a verbal fight.
Hahahahahaha. Classic! Yes, he doesWe don’t know each other, we have never met... do you normally speak to people in this manner?
Another classic! Despite his high post count, nobody knows as he still has to make his first DIY related question or answer post. He’s just an anti government, anti Brexit, anti UK habitual whinger.I hope your knowledge of DIY is better than your knowledge of fireworks.
He does.
