Not reallyy a household electrical issue this one, but one that someone might be able to help with.
I have a set of push-bike lights which normally have a 10w 12v MR16 in them which I have replaced with a 20w MR16 (hang the runtime!) however, the body of the lamp gets pretty hot, especially when going at low speeds. The MR16s fitted are dichroic, which they all seem to be nowadays. This obviously does not help the situation. Does anyone know if you can still get the aluminium reflector MR16s - i.e. non-dichroic type?
Cheers
