I don’t think I’ve been to a funeral for at least six or seven years. I’m not missing them!
My Dad got into The Guardian...An obituary is just a notice of someone’s death. Anyone that makes the papers/internet/news is, I suppose, notable to a fair number of others - it wouldn’t be newsworthy otherwise.
