Today has been a big improvement. I went dentist then Costa with my Dad. Not had a lot of time out of the house. Had to carry oxygen with me.
But I felt alot better for it.
Got home put the news on and they were reporting on Luca. I did get a bit choked up.
I can be a bit up and down but today was a good day.
Well I’m glad you’re up and about and going out. Keep it up.
