I'm trying to track down a part for an old Baxi BB3 back boiler. The part number is 042051 and I'm told its a Half inch stevens valve. If any one has any ideas where I can lay my hand on one, please let me know. It's been going for 30 odd years with no problems, but now it just wont fire up.

The part your after is called a stevensons valve and usually breaks down because the resistor that supplys it with power breaks down and supplys to much power causing stevie valve to burn out. So you will need both parts . Now the good news.Haven`t heard of anyone being able to get either of these parts for the last ten years
