Wouldn't have expected a comment like that from you bod.
You know the line "first they came for..........
At least your a bit more up to date on the ramifications of the online bill than you were earlier on today.

Yes, i'm aware but restrictions on speech and the right to say what you like are just common courtesy in everyday life. If i walked along the street with my sandwich board proclaiming the right to White Lives Matter, how long do you think it would take Plod to ask me a few questions?

Obviously you read it as you do. We'll see in the fullness of time what the outcome will be if it gets voted through.

I was agreeing with your comment, for a minute, then I thought, Oh No don't go there again. ;)

It almost certainly won't as you know how committees work in Parliament. They have nothing better to do and love to shuffle papers to give themselves a sense of purpose. The art of looking busy, i believe it's called.

Where has this alternative opinion been shut down ?

Its alive and flurushing in here. But no facts to support it
Plenty of factual links have been posted here to point out different opinions as regards the 'virus'...

But many have been deleted, and often those providing said factual links find themselves with 'insufficient privileges' to reply further...

Make of that what you will ;)

Emails leave a digital trail. Conversations do not.
I wouldn't be so sure of that. Web access does leave traces and they could be made use of. Upload or even communicate with any server and there is info available such as loosely .where the person is. The ISP can be found easily as well. In fact that seems to be the way of finding loosely where a person is.

Some will probably say proxy servers etc but I am pretty sure that can be handled as well. Simply chuck postings away if that has been used.

I was in Miami when an office team were using email to co-ordinate the progression of orders and such like. I said it would never catch on, especially when you could just walk over the other side of the office and have a conversation.

I wouldn't be so sure of that.
I can be sure about it, especially in the context of a company's internal communications.
