Its a Building Control issue - but yes the guidelines are the same across England I'm sure.Surly planning portal guidelines are the same regardless of where in England you are

Not as funny as you think.I just find it funny how if you breach the 30m2 rule it's a building control issue but if you exceed the height requirements it's a planning issue!
