It's a plastic pipe that the water from kitchen sink flows through and it's corroded. Could i seal something around it or will I have to get the entire pipe refitted from the inside?

Plastic pipe doesn't corrode so I'm still left guessing to exactly what you mean ......

So for the last time , stop drip feeding us information and if you actually want some help post some pics

Plastic pipe does go thin when exposed to UV for ages.

If it’s push fit it will be cheaper and easier to replace the section.
