yes you have you kept on saying because cadent refused to work on them their engineers need further training or better engineers to fix them .Which I've never claimed.
Cadent need to be more sympathetic and have procedures in place for smart meters. Assist the customer rather than refuse to "work" on them. Customer service was never their strong point.
Without you having even the most basic of idea why they refused to attend
They did have a procedure in place not their fault that the shyte things would constantly break down .
Assist the customer what go out and tell them yep its broke again , nothing we can do as
Yep go out to hundreds of smart meters a day and let escape response times be missed and put peoples lives in danger
