That entity is nothing short of verminous evil. As far as I'm concerned if a country usually punishes this sort of crime by death then why the hell should he get jail?

Why the flaming hell do we want him back? Let them treat him to a few more years in their stinking jails.

I am a Mother to two teenage boys and all I can say is if anyone ever laid a finger on either of them, I would personally wipe them out myself.

To hurt an adult is bad enough, to hurt an innocent child is just beyond comprehension.

Oh yeah and no way do those sorts of perverts ever become rehabilitated. I can assure you of that. The govt. here spends millions on rehabilitation programmes and psychiatrists/psychologists and it's a complete waste of time and money.

What about an eye for an eye?...god couldnt have been wrong..

1) I think you'll find that concept appeared in a book written by people who wanted to justify their attitudes by claiming that some higher authority told them to say it. A bit like some of the defences tried at Nuremberg.

2) That was thousands of years ago - we've moved on.

"An eye for an eye" means the punishment should fit the crime, not: e.g. "you kill my child so that makes it OK for me to kill yours."

How can you assure me? Or speak on behalf of all paedophiles? What personal experience do you have?

Paedophilia is an illness like alcoholism. At first it feels right, but they get to realise it's wrong, and they don't want to do it, but they still do.

Too right! especially when the people who are supposed to oversee their rehabilitation can't be trusted. Like Vincent Barron the most senior head of the probation service charged with running a computer p orn ring (in a secret court) and suspended on full pay!! Who knows how many of these pevs are let loose early on rehab and maybe living in a street near you, me.
