Its not rubbish Joe, its very good....its downside is the price. There are design programmes that cost half but can just about compete with Dreamweaver.
Webeasy and Intuit are also very good, I have used Intuit, but only read reviews on Webeasy.
Dreamweaver is only rubbish if you have not used it, or dont know how to use it.
