Since last summer. Worked all through the winter with 'no flat battery problems' due to lack of daylight for charging.
Because they only come on when the PIR detects and off when the PIR detection ceases they don't seem to discharge to the point that they don't work unlike the 'dusk to dawn' solar varieties that are totally useless in winter.
