I posted extracts that say he could do what he did and assume he is human. No one would drive with vision impaired to the level where they couldn't drive. Why would he be any different.

I also have a distinct liking for fact and much of the press on this subject is pure conjecture with a heavy political bias. A number of facts that lock downs involve have been mentioned even when they have nothing what so ever to do with what he did. Some reckon he would like to pass it on to his parents. How likely do you think that is.

I actually don't see any problem with his visit to the river either. I'm inclined to wonder what the number plate noting person was doing there. If Cummins had mixed with others out of his household or not completed their isolation period I wouldn't be at all happy.

People can push their own agenda if they like but I'd suggest they try to do it more effectively.
