Poor hot water flow from new indirect hot water cylinder

I was having an assumption that the motor will close the valve if the hot water temperature circulation from the boiler is far higher than the operating limit (50C), but it looks like the valve will keep open as long as the motor get switched on.

another reason I asked the last question is that when I had BGMVSP-2 turned on for 4 hours or so, I could feel the heat from the cylinder radiating through the surrounding area outside the airing cupboard.

with the new zone valve and motor, I cannot feel the same radiation of heat from the cylinder despite the boiler has been turned on for more than 5 hours.
