In a desperate attempt to mention Intergas again.......
We had an Intergas Engineer in to service my son's boiler. (nice one, Razor) and, should he have needed them, he had all main boiler parts in the van. Thought this might be standard industry practise, but the example above shows maybe it isn't.
Sorry you're still waiting, OP, but at least you know that you've paid in full, no matter what the engineer has to throw at it to get it working again.
