My friend called me and said he bought an entry level bike so he can come with me on my sunny rides.

I'm not an expert Johnny but that's got to be a £1,000 minimum spend as Bianchi are quite well known in the cycling world as being professional bike makers. Not keen on the colour though - he could have done better in that department

That's his idea of "entry level"
It's hand built, look at the fork, shimano xt shifters and derailleur, pedals, saddle.
I bet it's in the range of £2k.
That's entry level for an it engineer
