This is the worst picture I have taken today. I was in bed all day yesterday wallowing in my own self pity but I forced myself to get up today. I've not eaten for 2 days and I'm 1.5kg lighter but that'll go back on when the appetite comes back.

Had that in March when I was abroad. Thought it was a nasty cold to start with, because I didn't have a cough and my appetite was still ok. Did drag on a while - 2 weeks before I was what I call normal again. Hope you're not suffering too long.
