Pyronix enforcer has come up with fault that the wireless keypad battery is low. I have ordered the replacement battery and it has arrived today. I cannot set my alarm at the moment using key fob as it just flashes amber. I have the engineer and user codes. What settings/menu do I need to have it in so the tamper doesn’t activate the alarm?

Thanks

Nothing …enter engineer press no a couple of times , replace battery , press A to escape from engineer mode …if you don’t have engineer code , open keypad it will only activate internally , enter code to stop , change battery , enter code or press yes to reset

Actually I've just re-read the fault and it says "front door wireles low batt" is this the wireless front door contact sensor or the wireless keypad near the front door? How do I find out?
Thanks
