You are going on about...
1 denying you described some Belgians as hooligans
2 despite no, or little (if there was any), evidence of fans covering up their responsibility, you suggest that it was there fault and the responsible people for a cover up are not fully responsible for the cover up.
Do you have any evidence to support your suggestions, and any reason why those in responsible positions should not be held responsible ?

Can you tell me that all the fans outside the gate at the Leppings Lane end that eventually was opened around kick off time. Had tickets or had not been drinking.
The ground was already full to capacity by real fans who had tickets.

I'm not sticking up for the establishment. I know what they were like in those days. But I also know what fans of any team were like.
It's too easy to blame the Police. Like I say it was football as a whole who was responsible.
Out of interest as I don't really know. How many of the Establishment were found guilty and convicted?

If you read what I have been saying on this thread consistently, you will find that bodd has changed the tack and is asking questions, not supporting his statement.
As a reminder the point is about the cover up, is it not ? Not who had tickets or had been to the pub. Those things happened at EVERY football game in that era. Not every game had a disaster, which was bad enough. And then a cover up, which was even worse. Or not ?
