I have been to Sydney via Miami. But no route with a stop, will be on the Great Circle, unless by luck. If anyone doesn't know, the GC is what you'd find if you put a pin in Heathrow and a pin in Sydney airport and stretched a bit of elastic between the two.

You can get the map at that site in various forms, including the ground height you pass over, etc.

Their Google Maps output lets you expand the map etc. Swedish territorial waters are overflown, but not quite the land.

So @crystal ball has it, unless I missed anything out. It's 9.
