Rail companies consider congestion charges
LONDON (Reuters) - Passengers travelling on the busiest trains at rush hour could be forced to pay an additional congestion charge under plans by rail companies to prevent dangerous overcrowding.

Just heard if you inherited your parent property from the wills they are looking at to cut down your government state pension which you paid into :evil:

Why not buses ? You can't get above 30 m.p.h. round Brum for the stupid drivers that keep stopping and giving people a lift. It's not as if they drop them off reasonably close to where they wanted to go. ;)
 
premium rates for high consumption of energy sources would be a good one.

one way to stop places gettin more overcrowded: dont let immigrants in. thatll stop the population going up as much
