I have and will carry ont to use immersion heater spurs (hey they are radial circuits so what more do you want)

as for my asking whether he was part p I was just interested, and lets not forget that main equipotential bonding is not always appropriate and they client would be best placed to contact a 16th (or is it 17th yet) edition sparks to say yay or nay.
