So i am as informed as i can be when i start getting quotes from local engineers, how long should it take to 'clean, fit, commision etc' ?

1/2 day flushing and cleaning.
A few hours hanging and connecting new boiler running condence waste, hopefull gas supply is near.
A few hours commissioning and balancing system making good flue termination.

Thanks, what should i ensure is done, i have read rust inhibitors should be used after cleaning ? I also read on the MSE website that the system should be flushed several days after fitting to remove things like powerflux.

What do i look for in a competent engineer ?

Any other advice ? i can only afford to get this done properly.
