rented property with an alarm

I have just moved into a rented property with an alarm, i have no idea of the code, there is no manual for this alarm, no name on it, on the box outside it says al alarm communications. on the indoor box there are 4 buttons - full - part - prog -reset. can anyone help on how to reset it.

In this situation the landlord is your first port of call, it's part of the fixtures and fittings that you are paying rent for.
Ask for the code / instructions etc, no luck, ask for a reduction in your rent.
